- Stay hydrated and get good quality sleep to power your body and mind through
- Relax! Don’t push yourself too hard. Yoga and light exercise can really boost your cleanse and help push more toxins out of your body
- Treat yourself! Have a clean-living space, get a massage, sit in the sauna, you deserve.
During your cleanse
- Drink the JOOS in order, spaced 2 – 3 hours apart
- Do not consume caffeine
- Drink water at your leisure
- Drink herbal tea at your leisure
- Do some light exercise such as yoga
- Dry brush for extra detox

Pickups: Available Monday through Friday from 8am - 4pm: 1169 Parisien St. (off St. Laurent Blvd near 417 exit). *Orders must be placed minimum 3 business days advance before noon. Confirmation of your pickup date will be sent via email.
Shipping: We offer shipping to most locations within Ontario and Quebec for a flat rate of $15, or for free when the cart total exceeds $145 (digital items excluded). Delivery date subject to confirmation.
