What are the health benefits of ginger?
There are many proven health benefits of ginger. This little root is more powerful than one might think. Pure ginger is a difficult food to add to your diet because of its potent flavour, but ginger juice is delicious. Here are some of the different ginger root uses:
Fights germs. The chemical makeup of pure ginger helps your body fight off germs and bacteria like E.coli.
Good for mouth health. The active compound in ginger called gingerols help keep oral bacteria from growing.
Reduces swelling. Ginger is a powerful anti-inflammatory. Often used for treating aches and pains, ginger can be used topically on swollen areas or ingested.

Carrots may lower your risk for cancer. They are packed with antioxidants and carotenoids which are known for helping protect against several kinds of cancer.
They’re good for the heart. The antioxidants and potassium found in carrots are also super beneficial towards your heart health. Potassium helps keep your blood pressure stable and the high amounts of fiber in carrots lessens your chance of heart disease (and also helps with constipation.)
Good for the immune system. When we think of vitamin C we tend to think of fruits like oranges (which are also in Radiate) but carrots have a high vitamin C content as well, which boosts your immune system.

Oranges are notorious for their high amounts of vitamin C that help boost your immune system and heart health, but that’s not all these little guys do.
Provides gut protective fiber. One orange supplies about 12% of your daily fiber intake. This fiber supports your digestive system and contributes to a healthy sleep cycle.
Full of antioxidants. The flavonoid antioxidants in oranges are an anti-inflammatory, antiviral, and antimicrobial powerhouse. These help your body fight off bugs.
